This series will allow for those looking for a career change or desire to convert your side hustle into the company of your dreams. The Professional Development track features Rattlers Karen Swain CEO of Excelous along with Rattlers Kirk Barnes and Johnny McCray and Rob Owens of the Southeast MBDA Growth Hub as they impart knowledge of how to grow your business with government resources.
Not looking for your own business, yet interested in a change in corporations, come meet Cintas, AON and others as they seek to fill needed positions within their corporations.

President Johnson will provide a State of FAMU NAA and recognize and award our hard-working alumni members, regions and chapters on Friday May 31, 2024 at the Grand Hyatt 2900 Bayport Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 in the Audubon A Ballroom from Noon – 1:30pm. Admission is included with registration; a ’la carte tickets are $75 per person.

Yact Starship Cruises
Join the FAMU NAA for an evening on the Yacht Starship as we cruise into Tampa Bay from 6:30pm – 9:30pm on Friday May 31, 2024. Entertainment on board will be provided by Vocalist and Guitarist Ron Carmichael on the entry level and DJ Demp will rock the boat on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Cruise cost includes boat ride, buffet meal, cash bar. Sneaker Boat ride is included with full registration; a ’la carte tickets are $75 per person.
