On behalf of the Florida A&M University National Alumni Association (FAMU-NAA), we invite you to join us for the 2012 National Alumni Convention to be held May 17-19, 2012 in Charlotte, NC. The theme for this event is "Renew the FAMU in You”.  

The FAMU-NAA National Alumni Convention Committee, under the leadership of 1st Vice President Gregory Clark, Southern Region Vice President Rita Braswell, Charlotte Chapter President, Layla McCall and Raleigh Durham Chapter President, Rick Williams have worked diligently to orchestrate a high quality, informative, and enjoyable convention.  The 3-day event is filled with workshops and activities that were created to re-ignite, renew and reenergize the "Ole Rattler” Spirit that will remind us of our time on "The Hill" and of our commitment to the future of our beloved university.  An array of functions have been planned to ensure that you have the opportunity to reconnect with friends, classmates, fraternity brothers and sorority sisters while taking pleasure in the many offerings of "The Queen City" called Charlotte.

We are excited about the Southern Region along with the Raleigh Durham and Charlotte Chapters serving as our hosts. We invite you to come and meet the officers of FAMU National Alumni Association, the current university administration, and fellowship with Rattlers from across the country. We sincerely hope that you will join us at the 2012 National Alumni Convention. It is imperative that we get involved and play an integral role in the future of the National Alumni Association and our illustrious Florida A&M University.
